The OFOA Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on Sunday, March 24th, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. All registered officials are invited to attend this meeting. A Zoom invitation and meeting agenda will be sent to you the week prior.
The Ontario Football Officials’ Association's business is reviewed and discussed at the AGM. Associations in good standing are eligible to vote on motions to change the constitution, elect executive members, and matters which may arise during the meeting.
In preparation for this meeting, please note the following information.
Association presidents should confirm the name of their voting delegate with Richard Kelly email@example.com by March 20th.
Notices of Motion to amend the constitution must be sent to the secretary Ed Asare-Quansah firstname.lastname@example.org by February 23, 2024.
The terms of the President, Treasurer, Central & Western Regional Directors conclude at this meeting. Anyone interested in serving the association by running for these executive positions should forward their name to Murray Drinkwalter email@example.com
The incumbents will let their names stand for re-election.
